Hi, I’m Shanna — educator, coach, mama, Arizona native, and someone who still finds joy in a good tap dance session or paddleboarding down a quiet river.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked closely with children, teens, and adults as a teacher, administrator, coach, and guide. I hold a Master’s in Educational Administration, a breathwork certification, and training in Energy Mastery, Cognitive Coaching, and muscle testing — but more than that, I bring lived experience, deep empathy, and a heart for healing.

20 Years of Experience

From Grief to Growth

My journey hasn’t been without loss or doubt. I’ve grieved the endings of dreams, weathered financial storms, and rewritten inner stories that once told me I wasn’t enough. It’s in those cracks that I found my calling — to hold space for others as they find their voice, their confidence, and their next right step.

My Approach

I believe in slow growth, honest reflection, and the quiet power of asking the right question at the right time. Whether I’m working with a child just beginning to understand the world or an adult sorting through years of belief and burnout, my approach is the same: meet them where they are, walk beside them, and remind them they’re not alone.

Admire Enterprises was born from that place — a space where growth feels safe, where learning can be joyful again, and where healing begins with being heard.

Let’s breathe, reflect, and grow — together.

My Work in Action

One client came to me feeling frustrated with her relationship with her teenager. As she shared what was happening, I gently asked, “How is this working for you right now?” That simple question opened up space for reflection.

She realized she could shift how she was showing up — to allow her teen more ownership of their choices and be present to reflect with them afterward. As she practiced saying less and listening more, her teen began to step up and take more responsibility.
